Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared. We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge for your order prior to billing and shipping.
Shipment by UPS and USPS
We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied. You may use your own UPS account to cover shipping charges. Please include your UPS account information in the notes section of your online order or give this information to a representative for call-in and email orders.
Delivery Time
Most of our products are shipped from our Lund, Nevada location. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of most non-backordered items in the continental US (depending on how far you are located from our shipping location and the shipping method you have chosen). Please allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders. Please note, business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Consolidated Shipments
Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.
Expedited Shipping
Choosing 3 Day Select does not mean you will receive the product in that time frame. Please understand that we require time to process or your order. If you need a product by a specific date, please call before you order to make sure the product is in stock. There are no refunds for delays with these shipping methods.
Backordered Items
Backorders
In the event an item is on backorder, you will be notified and given the option of canceling your order or waiting for the product to arrive. Backorders can take as long as a few days, weeks, or in some instances, months to ship. You may cancel a backordered part at any time, but if the part has already shipped from the manufacturer prior to your request for cancellation, we will not be able to stop the item from shipping, and you may be assess a restocking fee.
Filling backorders
Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
Multi-Item Orders
If you order multiple items and one item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will not ship your order until all parts are in stock. If you would like us to go ahead with shipping in-stock items prior to our receipt of backordered items, please call us to request this exception.
Returns and Exchanges
General
All returns must be preauthorized by calling us at

or emailing us a shaunnae@carterag.com. All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Any items that have been installed, kits that have been opened, electrical parts, and manuals are not returnable. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Returning non-stock or special-order parts will receive a 20% restocking fee. These fee amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.
Please do not refuse shipments to return parts. Many of our items are drop shipped or direct shipped from the manufacturer. Refusing shipment may direct somewhere other than the correct return address.
Incorrect Item
If you received an incorrect item, no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
Incorrect Size
No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.
Customer Order Error
Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.
Return/Exchange Shipping Instructions
Return via prepaid UPS or US Postal Service mail. Insure shipment for the full value of the purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to our Lund dealership at the following address: Attn: Carter Agri-Systems Returns, 45 West 1st North, Lund, NV 89317. Credits are typically applied within 2 to 3 days of return receipt.
Cancellation and Changes
We cannot cancel your order if it has been processed or shipped. If you would like to cancel your order, please call us. We have a very short window for cancellation in most cases. We are unable to add items to an order after it has been placed. You must place a new order.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on orders if required by law.
Payment Methods
Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection.
General Policies
Individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed accurate. Prices subject to change without notice. Mistakenly posted prices and/or options on the website do not obligate us to those incorrect prices and/or options. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.
